CBD: Natural Health

In recent years the interest in the investigation of this compound in its application and use in medicine has grown exponentially

Introduction

As we have been doing from Leaf Pro, on other occasions, this time we will also start refreshing the memory of some of you. For those who once read our post about the benefits that CBD brings to the skin during and after tattooing. This time we will offer a general view on all the medical benefits that CBD brings. We believe it necessary after seeing how interest in the investigation of this compound in its application and use in medicine has grown. It is precisely for this reason, its therapeutic properties, so that in recent years cannabidiol has not stopped growing in popularity until it reaches the place where it is today.

As we mentioned a few lines above, there is great evidence and clinical studies with cannabinoids about the medical benefits for chronic pain that it brings. Often, inspired by positive experiences of patients using cannabis products. Pain relief (analgesia) was discovered in this way.

Main Components of Cannabis

The main cannabis components are cannabinoids. A brief explanation to understand and understand the origin of the CBD, where does it come from? The cannabis plant is composed of more than 85 different cannabinoids. All of them are similar in structure but have very different effects.
The main cannabinoids or at least the most popular: THC (delta9 tetrahydrocannabinol), CBD (cannabidiol) and CBN (cannabinol) these three, have been the subject of countless studies over the past 30 years

Description and features

THC is the main psychoactive cannabinoid present in marijuana. It is the cause of causing that effect as of “being high” after smoking. It is the responsible for most of the psychoactive effects of marijuana. It affects the memory, pleasure, movements, thinking, concentration, coordination and sensory and temporal perception of a person. Some short-term effects of consuming THC are: euphoria, relaxation, sedation, pain relief, memory impairment, energy, appetite, drowsiness, increased heart rate, dizziness, anxiety or paranoia. But, in addition, THC has many therapeutic benefits: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), neuropathic and chronic pain relief, insomnia, nausea, inflammation, arthritis, migraines, cancer, Crohn’s disease, fibromyalgia, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, glaucoma, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), sleep apnea or loss of appetite.

CBD is the main medical  cannabinoid present in the hemp plant (it is usually found in higher concentrations in hemp than in marijuana). Its importance has increased dramatically in recent years because it is a natural supplement that has no psychoactive or psychotropic effect, as well as being not addictive or toxic to the human body. Due to its properties in dermatological treatments (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, inflammation, itching, scarring) it is the main ingredient in the production of Leaf Pro Tattoo Balm products. It has great therapeutic value especially in a large number of diseases, among which we highlight: epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases (for example, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis), chemical dependencies, anxiety, psychosis, autism spectrum disorder, inflammatory diseases, Chemotherapy treatment, antitumor treatment. Several studies have shown that CBD has properties: analgesics, antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. In addition to reducing the psychoactive effects generated by THC, it moderates the euphoric effect produced by it.

The CBN is another of the main cannabinoids present in marijuana and also with medicinal properties. It is the molecule of degradation of THC (it arises when it is exposed to oxygen), so it retains a minimum part of its psychoactivity, but is mainly used as a sedative, due to the drowsy and calming effects. Moreover studies have shown that CBN contributes to the growth of bone tissue. Although clinical trials have not yet been conducted, the combination of CBN and CBD could be an effective way to treat burns, both to relieve pain and to reduce inflammation.

Thanks for the sharing, relevant article as always,
This could help people with muscle pain searching for a perfect relief:
I am very against using any medicines or natural substances as there are a lot of dangerous things on the market these days. I saw a medicine on the doctors tv program and they had 3 women test it and all three had good results with no side effects. I bought it and hesitated to use it, however, I really hurt my back today and after resting, applying cold and heat and an Epsom salts bath, all of which didn’t help, I very lightly applied this to my lower back and immediately could feel relief. It feels a bit tingly but not burning at all, more cool. I won’t be without this anymore. Better than buying 10 products with minimal relief and no scary ingredients. For those who wonder where to get it, here is the official website and i think they still offer discounts:
